The Beach House

The conceptual residence was designed as a place where absolute freedom of mind and body prevails. With a minimalistic, contemporary look, a horizontal structure floats over the beach. This offers magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. A concrete pillar rises, as it were, from the rocks, piercing the horizontal plates and supporting the living areas.
The building was envisioned as a house for an outdoorsy young couple. The first floor contains the living area (living room, dining, kitchen, storage, toilet) and the first floor has one bedroom (with an ensuite)that opens onto the roof terrace. Here too the view is spectacular and you can relax in the small pool/Jacuzzi.
